FOSS-Cloud 0.6.3 released

In comparison with the FOSS-Cloud 0.6.2, the following improvements were made:
- Backend
- libvirt an all dependencies have been updated .
- QEMU/KVM (including Spice) have been updated.
- VM-Manager
- Multi-Node ready.
- A fix IP address can be added to VM's an VM-Templates.
- Quite a few bugs were corrected.
The FOSS-Cloud offers a redundant infrastructure for the operation of virtual servers and desktops (Linux and Windows).
