Back Office (m/f) 60% - 100%

To strengthen our team in Bern, we are looking for a Back Office employee with immediate effect or by appointment.

Your tasks

Administration (20-40%)

  • Supporting the management in administrative and organisational matters
  • Quotations and contracts
  • Preparation and subsequent follow-up of the Annual General Meeting and meetings of the Board of Directors

Communication and marketing (20-40%)

  • Organisation of various customer events
  • Maintenance and ongoing development of the website
  • Management of social media channels, including social selling via LinkedIn
  • Customer care: assistance with customer communication
  • Networking: organisation of participation in external events

Personnel administration with focus on apprenticeship education and Information Security Management System (ISMS) (10-20%)

  • Assistance to professional trainers in organisational matters
  • Documentation of work processes in accordance with ISMS guidelines

Accounting deputy (0-20%)

  • Debtor and creditor accounting
  • Assistance with the preparation of VAT statements and annual financial statements

    Our requirements

    • Basic training in business administration (kaufmännische Grundausbildung)
    • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
    • An independent and precise way of working
    • Experience in the use of office applications
    • Service-oriented thinking and approach
    • Motivation and willingness to acquire knowledge in new areas
    • Very good knowledge of German and English
    • Team player!
