Scope of Services
All your incoming and outgoing E-Mails are accepted by our Mail Archive infrastructure and are archived. Your normal E-Mail traffic is not affected. By using Mail Archive you full-fill your obligation of the law and you do not need to worry about maintenance or monitoring.
Search your archived E-Mails and attachments conveniently and securely via browser.
All co-workers receive readonly access to their own E-Mails. Additionaly you decide, who will have the role of the auditor.
Mail Archive works in combination with most of the current mail servers.
Not to forget: you don't pay licenses per mailbox! Next to the service charge, you only pay for the disk usage.
